Who styles and photographs your items?
All of our product photos are styled and shot in house, by Nikole. If you’re interested in learning more or you’d like to chat about our freelance rates and availability, drop us a line.

Our logo and site was designed and built by the good people at OMFGCO.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are in Canadian Dollars.
Most things are sold, do you have a mailing list?
Since our one of a kind items sell out quickly, the best way to know about future shop updates is to join our mailing list (the signup form is at the bottom of this page). We send infrequent mail and will not share your information.
How often do you restock?
We restock monthly with the exception of our ongoing items which, are always available. Our last update took place on April 9, 2013 at 6pm EDT.
What inspires you?
We’re inspired by homesteads and farms and early morning light. By travel, via train and old world hotels. By well-worn tables and the meals around them. But most of all, by tradition, by trees and by things made by hand.
When will my order ship?
All orders with the occasional exception will ship within 7 business days. If your package is a gift and you would like to make arrangements to have it ship earlier, please send us an email and we will get working on it right away. Arrival times vary by destination please see below or contact us for more details.
When will my order arrive?
In general orders destine to the USA with a value less than $100 will arrive within 10-15 business days after dropped at the post office. Orders that total more than $100 destine to the USA should arrive in approximately 5-8 business days once in the post. International orders vary but generally take longer to arrive, please expect to receive your package in 10-20 business days.
Are shipping times guaranteed?
We do not guarantee arrival times on international shipments. International shipments do not come with tracking. If you would like your package to be trackable additional shipping costs will apply. Please contact us for more details.
Your shipping prices seem high, why is that?
The short answer is that Canada Post shipping rates are high. However, once we have shipped your items and if we find there is a substantial difference we will of course refund you.
All domestic bound orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Service this includes tracking and insurance of $100.
All USA and International orders with a value of less than $100 are shipped Canada Post Small Packet International which includes $100 insurance but not tracking.
All US bound orders with a value that totals more than $100 are shipped Canada Post Expedited Service. This includes both tracking and insurance. International bound items where the value totals more than $100 will only be insured for $100 unless arrangements are made before your order is shipped, please email us for more details.
Please also note all duties and taxes charged by customs of the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded or reimbursed by Herriott Grace for any reason.
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide. Shipping prices vary with item and location, if you’re curious about the price to ship a certain item, shoot us an email, we’ll get right back to you. Please note, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer and will not be paid in part or in full by Herriott Grace for any reason.
Where are the marshmallow clouds?
We offer marshmallow clouds every now and again, but they’re not a regularly stocked item.
How can I pay?
We happily accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal.
May I place a special order?
At the moment we are unable to accommodate most special orders, that said now and again we are able to find the time. Shoot us an email, we’ll do our very best to make it happen.
May I reserve items from your next sale?
Our apologies, but in fairness to everyone, we do not reserve items. If you’d like to chat more about why this is, send us an email, we’re always up for a chat.
Where are you located, can we visit your studio?
We are located in Canada in both Toronto, Ontario and Victoria, British Columbia though at this time we’re not accepting visitors, but we will do soon!
Are your products guaranteed?
You bet, given that you have cared for it in a loving manner we will most definitely stand behind our products, please contact us for more information. Please note we do not offer refunds nor do we cancel orders once they’ve been placed.
What kind of camera do you use?
We started with a Canon Point & Shoot, then a Canon Rebel and this past month changed to a Canon 5D.
Are their any other photographer’s images on your site?
Yes! On the our story page the second photo was taken by Michael Graydon and the third by John Cullen. We also work with other great photographers, you can find some of that work in our other work section.
